The service

SteelWater Insights publishes general market information and commentary about crypto-assets, including a daily report, trend reads and alerts. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Not financial advice

Everything we publish is general information and education. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any asset. It doesn't take your personal situation into account. Past readings and scorecards don't predict future results. Crypto-assets are highly volatile and you can lose all the money you put in. Make your own decisions, and speak to a licensed adviser if you need advice.

Accounts

Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. Plans are for personal use: please don't share, resell or republish paid content, including purchased PDFs.

Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Whop and renew until you cancel. Report PDFs are one-off purchases. All sales are final. Every SteelWater report is researched, written and published fresh each day, and the market intelligence behind it takes significant time and effort to gather. Because you get access to all of it the moment you subscribe, payments are non-refundable, including partly used months (except where the law requires otherwise). You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Accuracy and availability

We work hard to be accurate, but market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for losses arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be shown here with a new date.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
